Returns & Exchange

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

1.     You may return a part for refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from delivery date, provided that the part has not been installed and is returned in the same condition as provided to you.

2.     To initiate a return or exchange, please contact an eAutoGlass Customer Care Representative at 1-626-435-0073 to obtain a return authorization or contact us by email at E_AutoGlass@yahoo.com. eAutoGlass will then arrange for return shipping of your part. Returns not authorized or arranged by eAutoGlass will not be accepted or refunded.

3.     To cover the costs of return shipping and handling, a restocking fee of 15% of the original sales price is applicable on returned or exchanged product. This fee will be waived when the return or exchange is due to eAutoGlass providing an incorrect part (not matching the part ordered) or a defective part. Additional charges may apply on returns or exchanges shipped from non-standard delivery locations or from outside the continental U.S.

4.     All sales are final. However, if there are any complications with the item, please refer to the following::

a.     If the item is defective upon arrival:

-   Email us immediately with a digital photo of the product. We will assist you with the returning procedure.

-   We will be held responsible for all shipping charges if we confirm that the item, upon arrival, is defective.

b.     If the item is damaged upon arrival:

-   Email us immediately with a digital photo of the product. We will file a damage claim to the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at the shipping company’s burden.

c.     If the item has been lost in transit:

-   Contact us about the product and we will follow up with the shipping company right away.

-   You may request either a refund or a replacement for the item in question.

d.     If the item you receive is the incorrect item:

-   Email us immediately with a digital photo of the item.

-   A prepaid return shipping label will be issued to you and we will held accountable for the re-shipping charge.

e.     If you have purchased the wrong item and want an exchange:

-   Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

-   Buyer will be held responsible for another shipping and handling charge.

f.      If you have purchased the wrong item and want a refund:

-   Buyer will be held responsible for all shipping charges.

-   A restocking fee of 15% of the original price will be charged.

-   The item will not be accepted unless it is in pristine conditions, untarnished and resalable.
