SHIPPING POLICY
Any orders received will ship out same day if the order is placed before 12:00PM PST. We ship using UPS 3 Day Air Service for all packages. We now offer an option for UPS Next Day Air Service. Please note that Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays are excluded as business days and as such, please anticipate an additional 1-3 days for arrival before sending out a complaint about delayed packages. We charge a flat rate for insurance to insure that your package arrives safely throughout shipment. This fee has already been included in your purchase. A fee of $12 ($35) has been added for any vent glass shipments and an $18 ($40) fee has been included for any door glass and quarter glass shipments for 3 Day Air Service (Next Day Air Service). If you need to change the delivery address after the package is sent out. We do not ship items to any of the following: PO Box, APO/FPO Address, Military Mail Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam Or Canada. Buyer will be required to pay for the address change fee which is required from the shipping service provider. We are not responsible for any delay if buyer provide incorrect shipping information. Complications with Shipping:
1. If the item is defective upon arrival:
- Email us immediately with a digital photo of the product. We will assist you with the returning procedure.
-We will be held responsible for all shipping charges if we confirm that the item, upon arrival, is defective.
2. If the item is damaged upon arrival:
- Email us immediately with a digital photo of the product. We will file a damage claim to the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at the shipping company’s burden.
3. If the item has been lost in transit:
- Contact us about the product and we will follow up with the shipping company right away.
- You may request either a refund or a replacement for the item in question.
4. If the item you receive is the incorrect item:
- Email us immediately with a digital photo of the item.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be issued to you and we will held accountable for the re-shipping charge.
